Flowbird is a small team. The people below are the ones who do the work, not a directory of names you will never meet, and you can book time with several of them directly.

Jason Rainbird
Founder & Managing Director
Jason founded Flowbird on a straightforward observation: most CRM problems are data problems in disguise. Businesses invest in platforms, build automations and train their teams, then wonder why the reports still cannot be trusted and the system quietly gets abandoned. He built Flowbird to fix the bit everyone skips, which is the data underneath. Fifteen years with growing businesses taught him that the intelligence needed to make better decisions is almost always already there, and just needs cleaning, connecting and structuring to become usable.
He works on the gap between what a CRM promises and what it delivers.
Rebecca Alksnitis
Commercial Director
Rebecca leads Flowbird's commercial relationships and works directly with clients on CRM adoption, sales process design, and making sure the systems Flowbird builds actually get used. She has seen enough CRM projects fail at the adoption stage to know the technology is rarely the problem. Getting the process right before touching the platform is where she starts.
She works on the distance between a CRM that is configured and one that is actually used.
Emma Everest
Client Services Director
Emma runs client services, overseeing onboarding, delivery coordination and the day-to-day relationships that keep projects moving. She has a straightforward measure of success: clients should always know where their project stands, what is coming next, and that somebody is paying attention to the details so they do not have to.
She works on the space between a project being signed off and the results being felt.

Gopika Kumar
Head of Client Services
Gopika leads the client services function, helping organisations get clear guidance and consistent support as their systems evolve. She works closely with clients to build trusted partnerships and long-term confidence in how their teams operate.
Abi Smith
Head of Projects
Abi leads project delivery, keeping CRM and automation work moving with clarity and structure. She translates client processes into practical implementations that teams can adopt with confidence.
Roshan Rai
Principal Solutions Engineer
Roshan leads the technical design and engineering behind Flowbird implementations. He specialises in integrations, automation and infrastructure that let systems work together cleanly and scale without becoming fragile.
